Learn More About Our Care Pathways
Your Pathway to Better Movement.
At NQ Spine Health, we understand that everybody, and every body, is different.
Some people want quality massage therapy to release tension, recover from physical stress, or maintain their body and movement.
Others are dealing with longer-term pain, stress-related physical symptoms, or movement limitations that may benefit from a more structured and assessment-led approach.
To better support different needs, we offer two main care pathways:
Remedial Massage Therapy
Hands-on massage support for recovery, maintenance and general muscle tension
Remedial Massage Therapy is ideal for clients looking for:
- muscle tension relief,
- recovery from work, training or daily stress,
- mobility support,
- maintenance care,
- or occasional hands-on therapy.
You can book directly with one of our remedial therapists based on your preferences and availability.
Sessions are tailored to your presentation on the day and may include:
- remedial massage,
- soft tissue therapy,
- trigger point work,
- mobility techniques,
- stretching,
- relaxation-focused treatment,
- and general recovery support.
There is no long-term commitment or treatment plan required.Private Health Fund Rebates available.
Advanced Functional Therapy
Structured assessment and targeted therapy for ongoing or complex presentations
This pathway is designed for clients experiencing:
- ongoing or recurring pain,
- persistent tension or stiffness,
- stress-related physical presentations,
- posture or movement concerns,
- overload and recovery issues,
- or symptoms that continue to return despite previous treatment.
Rather than focusing only on temporary symptom relief, this pathway aims to better understand contributing factors and create a more targeted long-term management approach.
Your Initial Consultation May Include
- Structural and postural assessment
- Movement and mobility assessment
- Functional pattern assessment
- Lifestyle and recovery discussion
- Load and stress factor review
- Goal setting and treatment planning
We help you understand what may be contributing to your symptoms and what steps can support longer-term improvement.
Private Health Fund Rebates may be available.
